Beverly Miles came to Ebby in July 2008 as a loan officer with Home Team Mortgage, working with Pamela Young’s eResource team under the direction of June Feltman. Beverly has many years of experience in the field of mortgage lending. In addition, she is active in community
service, including Altrusa International of Downtown Dallas, and DFW Cocker Spaniel Rescue. She has been a member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce since 1998 and was awarded the Paul Hanson Award for the Most Energetic Volunteer in 2003. Beverly has one son, Andrew, who is a senior at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
Debbie Watson joined Ebby Halliday, REALTORS® in June 2008 as director of career development. She obtained her real estate license in 1976 and prior to joining Ebby worked in training for 14 years for another real estate firm. Debbie is very involved with the Collin County Autism Society, including My Possibilities, a day center working with adults with disabilities. She and her husband, Paul, have one daughter, Lora.
Justin Conway worked in his father’s Dallas-based business as a lead supervisor over a crew of remodelers. After four years of building that business, Justin decided to apply his college degree of Web development and multimedia. Justin was in the top ten percent of his graduating class from the Art Institute of Dallas. He has been with Ebby in the Computer Services Department since September 2007, and is now the front end Web/application developer. In his free time, he loves playing guitar and watching sports.
Sherry Adams began her real estate career in 1996 and joined Ebby Halliday, REALTORS® in 2000 at the Douglas Avenue office. In 2008 she transferred to the corporate office as the Director of Human Resources. Sherry and her husband, Patrick, have two children, Ashley Nicole and Bailey Faith. She is an active member of the Executive Women International Dallas Chapter and Hella Shrine Dallas Chapter, as well as the PTA at Beaty Early Childhood School and Huffman Elementary School, both in Plano.
Terry McMurtry started with Ebby Halliday, REALTORS® in January 2004 as an assistant to one of the company’s top producers. In September 2008, she transferred to the corporate office as an assistant in the Career Development Services department. She is a REALTOR® and stays active in the Ebby Referral Associates Alumni Group. Away from the office, Terry and her husband, Wade, enjoy spending time with friends and family.
A Pass-Along Honor
Tricia Rhea, an associate in the Preston Keller office, was named Rookie of the Year for 2008. To honor her achievement, Ebby Halliday invited Tricia to the corporate office and presented her with the gift of a one-year membership in the Dallas Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). The gift was of special significance because the WCR had presented it to Ebby herself in recognition of her 98th birthday, with the understanding that the chairman would pass it along to a deserving associate. Tricia is shown here with Ebby.
Vivian Black is the sales manager of the Preston Keller office.
